Create partition removable media

Anybody know of a program that can create partitions on a removeable media
like compact flash card, sd card, usb flash drive? Google was not helpful.

I can do it easily from my Linux box. So maybe you can download the Knoppix
LiveCD and do it from there? Should be possible.

You can partition pen drives using the Dos command fdisk, copy it to a
win9X boot disk, make sure your pendrive is set as the primary boot device
in BIOS or it won't work.
