Create Paragraph When Entering Text Into Single Cell

While typing, pressing Alt+Enter will force a line break. Make sure the
cell is formatted for word wrap.

How to I create a paragraph when entering text into single cell?

If I hit the normal 'return' key, the cursor just drops down to next cell

You need to hold down the ALT key at the same time.
