create paragraph selection? hard to word i just need some help!

how can i create like a non character limited drop down box that would like allow for me to insert paragraphs instead of just sentances? I need it for work to help easily manage forms...most of ours are all the same exept for just the 1 paragraph...it would be awesome to jsut open the file...use the drop box or whatever else to select the paragrah i need in it..and print.
