Hi,

I want to create only one local profile on a PC and and I want prevent
the
domain accounts to create a local profile when they will login on this
PC.

Is it a way to configure it?

Thanks,

Imad

Yes the same person.

I want to reduce the delay of connection when a domain user try to
login to Windows XP. I want to create a single locale profile and the
users will be able to use the same locale profile for this station
(only this station).

Thanks for help,

Imad Haydar

On the logon panel your users get the option of logging on locally or to the
domain. Show them how to select the "Local" logon if you do not want them to
be validated by your DC. You must, of course, create a local account for
them.

resolved, you can forget my request

Please be kind enough to share your solution. These postings (all that you
did) will likely be archived in some manner for many years to come and
others may come across your post. If you give details on what you did to
resolve your issue - you may resolve the same/similar issue for someone
else.

Thanks!

Also - why did your name change in this version of your multi-posted query?

May not be a big deal, but worth mentioning is domain policies take
precedence over local policies.
