Create new directories

I want to create a number of new maps, starting from 100000 up to
990000. Is it possible to have them created by Windows?
 
Directories are Folders. Open Windows Explorer and scroll down to
where you want these Map directories>click File>New>Folder
Backspace "New Folder" and type in 100000 and press Enter. Now
you have a Folder/directory named 100000. Have fun :~)
