Create new conatct from same company - Operation failed

Hi,

I am using Outlook 2007, XP Pro SP3. It appears the "Create new contact
from same company" function has ceased working. I get the "Operation failed"
pop up when trying to use this function. Have run the scanpst program on the
database as well as the Office diagnostics tool. Neither show a problem.
Have restarted and rebooted. Same problem. Did the XP Service pack 3 perhaps
disable this function within Outlook?

Have you tried clearing the forms cache? Tools->Options->Other->Advanced->Custom Forms->Manager forms->Clear Cache.

Milly,

Thanks for your response. I cleared the cache and now the function always
works on some contacts and I always get the error while attempting the
function on other contacts. Too strange.
