Create mail/write message window size

How do I get Windows Mail to open a maximized window when I create mail or
compose new message? Mine always opens a normal window which I have to
maximize manually. Thanks in advance.

Instead of clicking the maximize button in the new message window, click on
the borders and drag them to the edges of the screen. Finish the new
message,
then it should remember this new size.
