create link in msword that should be clicked without using CTRL

i want to create a link in MSWORD2003 to refer to a page in the same document
but i want the link to be accessed in the same way as in the web without
using CTRL for clicking on the link.
is there any way to do this?

It's a setting under Tools-->Options, Edit tab.
