Create Icons

I would like create my icon for my database.
So, Witch program in Microsoft can I create icons? There is special program
to create icons?

You can edit a toolbar button right in Access. Right-click on a button and
choose customize, then right-click on it again and choose Edit button image.
For icons on form buttons, just use MS-Paint to create a bitmap.
