Create hyperlink to insert a picture

I am creating a form within the MS Word document. Within the document we
would like a box that has the ability to attach a picture in that specific
box that will be created for the picture. It should look like a hyperlink
that says "Attach picture here". Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.

since nobody else has taken a look into this so far: I doubt you can get
there without a macro that basically unprotects the document, launches a
dialog like Insert | Picture, let's the user choose the picture as he
normally would, then inserts the picture and makes sure it's in the
boundaries, and finally reprotects the document.

Try searching in one of the word.vba newsgroups, there are bound to be
code samples around for this sort of thing.
