Create Custom Rule

I get a lot of messges with "First-" and "Second Reminder" subjects in my
email. I would like to create a rule that activates when I get a message
that has "Second Reminder for..." subject in my email. I'd like it to find
and delete the corresponding "First Reminder for..." message. Is there any
way to program this?

Not with a rule.
