Create an OFT in Outlook

I am sure this will be easy for someone out there and
thanks in advance for your assistance.
I want to create a *.OFT template in Outlook to use over
and over. I have done this in the past, but can't seem to
figure out how I did it. How do I create an OFT form from
an email? In the past I though I had just 'Saved As'
*.OFT, but that doesn't seem to be an an option, so I
don't know how I did it before.
