I want to create a doc that can be printed in landscape with marks to show
fold lines for a triple fold along the longest side

.... and the problem is ...? :-)

Not sure what exactly you mean in the "Subject" line with "... but
printing in portrate".

Is this going to be a document longer than page/two pages double-sided?
You probably have to calculate the position of your fold lines yourself.
Then insert them, say, as a line (Drawing object) anchored to a header
or footer area.
