I am trying to create a template either in email or word for others to fill
out. I want them to be able to "fill in the blanks", but I do not want the
lines to "move"

for example: Name: ___Jennifer___________

if you look - my name caused the lines to extend. Isn't there a way to keep
it from
doing that?

please email me at (e-mail address removed) if you can help me. The email attached
to this i can not access.

This is an Access Forum, not Word or Outlook, try those Forums for better
answers. If this is a template to fill information like:
Name: ______
Date: _____
Age: ____ etc...
You may think about just creating a Table, and formatting the
borderlines...to show only the bottom border for the answer part of the form.
Hope that helps, if not try a Word or Outlook Forum.
