Create a shortcut of the Stand by function

I was told on this forum how to create a shortcut to the Hibernate mode but
I am looking to create a shortcut on my desktop the Sleep (called Stand by
in the Turn Off Computer three icons window) mode rather. Does anyone know
how to do this?

Hi

Using the -d option for PsShutdown.exe in the free PsTools suite
is an option I would think:
