create a rule that sends emails with pictures to trash

Hello

I am getting spam that doesn't appear to work with rules that i am aware of.
I get daily 2 or 3 emails that are pitching a stock purchase but the thing
is that the whole message is a picture, not text. So i can't seem to use the
rules to filter this type of email. how would i filter this type of email?
Did i miss a rule option? Should i use VBA? If yes, what are the key
commands?

If the message body doesn't contain any of the characters 'a', 'e', 'i',
'o', 'u', then it doesn't likely contain any meaningful text.

i am not sure how your reply answers my question. let me clarify my
question...i am getting email that contains recurring text but i can't select
it because the whole body of the email is a picture, not text. all rules
that i am aware of filter based on reading the text found in the email. how
can i create a rule that automatically sends emails with pictures straight to
the trash?
