Create a rule about not playing the default sound for incoming ma

It should be possible not only to create a rule about playing sounds for
specific incoming mails but also to turn off the deafult incoming sound for
specific incoming mails.

No, since sounds are set in Windows, not Outlook. Make a rule for moving such
mail to special folders.

You can play or not play any sound you want when messages are received.
