create a password protected form

Is there a way to password protect a form without writing code?? Can it be
done with just a macro? I am pretty new at this and use the wizards mostly I
have no clue how to write code

Access User Level Security will provide the *best* security for you, but if you just need something
simple for a single form and/or report you could try these Microsoft KB articles:

Yes, it involves a little code, but the articles walk you through all the steps.
