create a new contacts folder seperately from existing list

I want to know how to create a new contacts folder in Outlook to be able to
make contacts (not mine personally ) available to the company.
But I would like to do it on my local machine.
 
YOu didn't say what version of Outlook you're using or whether your mail server is Exchange.
