create a form based on a query

I would like to run a macro that runs a query then takes the results and sows
them to me in a form. How can I set this up?

Thanks for the help.
 
step 1. Create the query
step 2. create the form based on the query (can use the wizard to do it
automatically)
step3. create a macro with the OPENFORM action
