create a comma delimited transfer file from one data base to anoth

I want to transfer data base information from access 2003 (unsupported) into
access 2007 and was told to do it through comma delimited.
I am not computer savy, but can bully my way through.
Can you help me?

Hi Rika,

I wonder why someone would tell you to do it that way. It would be
easiest either just to convert the database to a 2007 database or to create a
new 2007 database and import the data using Access's import feature (Access
icon on the External Data ribbon).
