CRC Error

I am getting a failure CRC Error ( cyclic redundancy check ) whenever I try
to DELETE a .jpg file. I understand that this is usually a corrupted file,
but they can't all be bad.
 
Try this: restart with the XP CD on the drive and go into Recovery Console. When there, type

chkdsk /r

and restart normally.
