I am getting no sound from Windows XP or IE6. Yet I can
play music with Winamp, and play the Windows .WAV files
in Winamp. I can play some games with the sound working
perfectly fine, and others that only plays some sound
effects, but no voices. I have a dual boot system with
Windows 2000, and the same thing is happening in there as
well. What the heck is going on here, I thought it should
be all or none. By the way, there is nothing muted in the
sound properties. HELP!!
I updated the sound driver, now I get a quick flash of
sound at the beginning(still in windows XP), then
nothing.RRR.
