crashing

i have a samsung x15plus laptop its only a few months old, but, in the last
few weeks while im on msn messenger and various other sites the laptop
crashes.
by this i mean that every page freezes i cant minimise or close them down.
when i try sometimes the page goes blank but that is

im not very computer literate either so if ya can help take it slow

Start by clearing your Internet cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
delete files.
