Crashing Help!

Everytime i play a pc game, the game, and windows crashes.Once i got the blue screen of death about an infinite loop in the ati2dvag driver!! I've tried cleaning all the drivers and reinstalling using Ati Drivers and Omega Drivers. Would a complete wipe of my hard drive do anything?

My Specs: 3Ghz Pentium 4
MSI 915-P Motherboard
1.5GB Ram
Sapphire Radeon X1950 Pro 256MB GDDR3

Reprogamming Your C:drive Will Not Solve This Problem.from What I Understand You Will Have To Reinstall Or Update The Motherboard Bios To Solve This Problem.i Would Recommend A Shop
With A Good Reputation To Do This For You.sometimes As I Have Explained To Other People,disabiling Power Management In The Bios Setting And In System Devices May Add Stability To Your Machine.
