Crashed Domain controller with no backup.

Hello
I have an Active directory installed on 2 servers and the dns configured in both to be active directory integrated
today one server was crashed and unfortunatly i had no backup at for the active directory to this server

When i reistalled the server and Dcpromo the server it came up again but i am facing a problem which is that this server b4 crashing was holding MFSO operation RID so i am not able to retain this MFSO to either the newly restored server nor the old server

The problem is when i try adding a new account or view the group policy object on the server i get an error msg in regard that i am not able to find the domain controoler of this server but when i do this operation on the backup server it succed

how can i seized the role of RID to the new server please help
