I GOT 2 CRASH DUMP AND THEN RAN MICROSOFT DEBUGGER THIS
IS WHAT I GOT. WHAT SHOULD I DO.

The first thing you need to do is go back to the site you
downloaded the debugger from and learn how to set it up
properly. anyway if you are getting several different
error codes (BugCheck 1000008E) the first thing I would
look at is a memory problem. Every PC I have run into
that would give different error codes turned out to be
bad memory.

I THINK CMUDA IS REFFERING TO MY ONBOARD SOUND CARD AND
ATI DUAG3 IS MY ATI 9700 PRO
