craigslist needs product key, it is not the one on bottom of comp

i cannot respond to any adds on craigslist and it is asking for a product key
code in order to respond to adds, it is not the key code that is on the
bottom of the computer because when i put that one in the space it said that
it was the wrong one

Hm, I was not aware that responding to an ad on Craigslist required any
product key code.

Perhaps by "adds" you are talking about adding an ad? That is something I've
not done either.

In any case, this sounds like a question you might want to submit to
Craigslist directly.

This particular forum is dedicated to support of the MS database product
called "Access". The website can be misleading and you may have been
directed here by accident.
