If you're running cache intensive apps then the opteron will perforn
better. If not, the the 4200+ will perform better. overall probably not
much difference. The opteron would probably OC better, but you never know.
I'd take either and be happy., but I'd probaly get an X2 3800+

Have the best of both worlds. Get the 170 Denmark with the big cache
and overclock it.
