cpu usage is very high even at only one windows particularly IE

dear sir
i having using p4 2.80ghz machine with 256 ram 40 gb
harddisk.recently i have problem in browsing .when i browse cpu usage is
going 99 percent and system gets hanged .please answer and find a solution .i
have also suficeient disk space

I think urs computer have virus . Due to which ur system gets hang and
cpu usage is going upto 100%.
