CPU SHUTS OFF

My CPU (American Megatrends; Intell Celleron) still shuts off automatically
whever it wants.......In Event View, I
found this error........

Symbolic Name: EVENT_CALL_TO_FUNCTION_FAILED
Explanation: The Sevice Control Manager (SCM) could not continue because an
error occured. This problem might be caused by SCM failing to allocate enough
memory or system resources are low.

Download Memtest86 from memtest86.com and test the ram.
