CPU SHUTS OFF

My CPU still shuts off automatically whever it wants.......In Event View, I
found this error........

ID 7005
Symbolic Name: EVENT_CALL_TO_FUNCTION_FAILED
Explanation: The Sevice Control Manager (SCM) could not continue because an
error occured. This problem might be caused by SCM failing to allocate enough
memory or system resources are low.
 
Could be bad RAM.
