Cpu sage topped out server keeps crashing help me

My CPU is staying at 100% - 95%. There does seem to be
anything extra running can I cut back to just running
explorer.exe, tskmng.exe, and what other programs do I
have to run. I have to find this out quick please help
this is holding up everyone.

Look at your processes and find out exactly which one is

causing your cpu to spike. It may be some sort of program
or TSR that you may have to kill and or eventually
uninstall.
