CPU Running at 100%

My backup computer is ancient, Intel Pent. III Proc, 448 mhZ and only 320 MB
of ram. Problem it is always running at 100%.

Is there a question here? Check what processes are taking up the cpu by
looking in task manager. Research them using google. Is it malware free?

Disable the spyware and trojans that are taking the cpu cycles.
 
It doesn't need to be spyware to do that. Look in Task Manager to see what
programs are using the CPU the most. Post the names of those programs.
