CPU etc test utility/utilities

Hi,

Can anyone recommend any programs to test:

P4 cpu
Memory
Mobo
etc

I don't have any problems, would just like to prove that all components are
OK.

Prime95, from www.mersenne.org (which seems to be down at the moment).
If the torture test runs, then CPU+chipset+RAM is healthy, and your box
has decent cooling. Prime95 pushes the CPU's FP pipe(s) pretty hard.
