CPU and Memory usage tool

I have a ~80MB MinLogon XPe image running from CF, and I would like to
get an idea of memory and CPU usage values (e.g. CPU load). Does
anyone know of any COMMAND LINE utilities that would do this?

Tony,

Task Manager ? (taskmgr.exe)

Or tools like CPUMon/PMon from Sysintenals (http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/).

For command line tools look at the PsTools from Sysinternals (http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/pstools.shtml).
PList, PInfo, etc.
