CPU 100%

When I run IE for internet access I have notice in the
task manager that the following processes, iexplorer and
system, are maxing my CPU usage. I do not believe this
should be happening. It even happens when IE should be
loading from a cached page. I am running XP Pro.

My PC has the mojo so it can't be a resource issue.

Any ideas?
