Couple of thing about reports

I am displaying pupil information from a simple database, showing one record
per page as a report. While I can export these to word ok when I view them
in access I see page 1, then blank 2, 3, and 4 then the next record on 5 -
any ideas?

Also I'm looking for some pointers as to how to merge word documents i.e. to
take the exported data about a pupil and add it to a word template
containing some drop down options.

Any pointers?

The blank pages when viewing your report are usually caused by a mismatch between your report (form) size and the page setup margins and sizes of your report.

For the Mail Merge, check the help in MS Word or look at the
"Tools -> Letters and Mailings" section of the MS Word menu.
