Counting Outlook Contacts

Is there any way in which I can count the contacts I have
in an address book group? And then all contacts in my
contact list?
Reply to email if possible.
If anyone can help - please do!

What do you mean by address book group? Outlook does not use address book
groups.
The number of Contacts in a Contacts Folder is displayed in the status bar.
