countif, range and criteria

I have a set range but now i need to make two different criteria to draw from
that range. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
 
I'm not sure that you are asking an Access question. Ranges are an Excel
property. If you mean that you are importing data from Excel, then I suggest
that you import it and use the criteria after you have it in Access.
