counter.cab file

my anti-virus is telling me this is infected with a trojan called
Win32.Sillydl.AB. what should i do can i delete or is it important
 
Doesn't the anti-virus program that reports this trojan have a 'repair' or
'delete' option? Use the capabilities of that program.
 
it says it cannot repair it but i could delete it. i just dont want to delete
something i should'nt and mess stuff up. the infected file is a cabinet file
named counter.cab is it ok thanx
