Count no of times a cell has been edited in Excel

In Excel - I want to know a method to calculate the no of time a cell
has been edited. I do not want to use track changes. I want to know how
I can know if the value in a cell has been changed.
 
Try posting in an Excel newsgroup, this has nothing to do with Outlook.
