count cells over multiple sheets

I have multiple, identical laidout, sheets in my book.
I would like to count the total number of cells, for say line 2, from each
sheet, that isn't blank.

Any ideas??

=COUNTA(Sheet1:Sheet3!2:2)

=COUNTA('first_sheet:last_sheet'!A2:X2)
