Could not use {File Path and Name} File in use

I was on a network VPN working on a database that I created, then got
disconnected.

Logged back on...now, when I try to open the database, I only get an error
message stating "Could not use... File in use".
I do not see an ldb file...

Any suggestions ?
 
Your VPN session might still be open, aks your system admin to log you off
that session if it's still open.
