When I try to update my web site, www.soulwork.net, Frontpage 2003 gives a
warning ...

"Could not find a web server at soulwork.net on port 21. Please check to
make sure that the Web server name is valid and your proxy settings are set
correctly ..."

Frontpage seems to update the pages specified - but then gives me that
warning and indicates that every page has a conflict.

I'm a bit of a zombie about "proxy servers" - and the MS help files are in
Techish - can anybody say in English what I should do?

Your host apparently does not support the FP Server Extensions so you are limited to FTP publishing (port 21) instead of http
publishing (port 80)

Your host server either supports the FP Server Extensions or they don't

To find out see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;828909

If the do see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825528&Product=fp2003
(do not use the optimize options if you don't understand their impact)

If they don't see
