Could not find a Web server at ...

I'm getting this strange message. When if FIRST try to open my web I get the
following error message:

Could not find a Web server at 'machine name'. Please check to make sure
that the Web server name is valid and your...

Once I click OK and try to open the exact same web it will open on the
second attempt. Why on the 2nd attempt does it find the Web server?
 
Mine does that ALL the time. I have just gotten used to it. Sometimes it
takes more than 2 times. Wierd!
 
Which version of Windows and which version of FP are you running?

I just spend the past several hours working on this as well as other strange
problems. I have ZoneAlarm running and I ugraded from 4.5 to their 5.0
product. BIG mistake... I just went back to 4.5 and all my problems went
away as well as this post. Are you runing ZoneAlarm?
