Could not delete the message in Outlook

The message "The item could not be deleted. The item was either or already
deleted, or acces was denied" occurs when i want to delete some of my mails
in my Deleted Items. It dowsn't work even empty the deleted items

Please help, thank you

what version of outlook? what type of account and if exchange, how do you
connect to the server?

Outlook 2002. Exchange account.
connect with a most common method - pc already logged into domain then open
Outlook to see email.

Try a new profile. don't delete the current one and don't copy it- if you
can delete from the new profile, then it's a corrupt profile.

Already done but still have problem.....

Thank you

Try a new profile. don't delete the current one and don't copy it- if you
