I deleted or move some mails from my Inbox in Outlook 2003, but the entries
remain. When i work offline the entries are gone, but when i go online again
they are there again.
Can anybody tell me how i delete those entries permantly?

Exchange account? Rename your ost-file to .old and have Outlook resync. See
if you can delete them now.

Can you delete them with Cahced Mode disabled?
Can you delete them through OWA?
