Greetings --
You've somehow managed to over-write Word's Normal.DOT template
with one of your own documents. Click Start > Search and do a search
for "Normal.dot." When you find the copy of the template that's
stored within your user profile, rename it to something like
"myfile.doc." The next time you open Word, a new template (that
stores your default margins and paragraph formats) will be created.
There are Word macro viruses that can cause this to happen. Do
you have a decent antivirus application installed, and do you keep its
definition files up-to-date?

I believe my Word software has become corrupted. Everytime I open
Word, a document that I scanned previously appears. Should I delete
Word and reinstall? When I try to create labels and do a merge, this
document pops up. Any suggestions?
