Corrupted Outlook folders

I keep getting this error "Unable to display the folder.
Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder
location." when ever I install outlook. I can not open
any outlook folders ie, contacts, calendar, notes,
deleted items. Nothing works. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled several times.

Does the pst-file still exist on the location it points to? If so;
runscanpst.exe against it to check it for errors. If it doesn't recreate
your mail profile in Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...
